Nothing was too much trouble

The food was brilliant. the staff were attentive. - the bedroom was comfortable. We really liked this traditional hotel and would recommend it.

Brilliant staff. Very friendly, helpful and efficient. Reasonably frequent bus service into town centre a short walk away.

Room quite small compared to modern hotels. Constant droning noise from possibly central heating boiler or pool related equipment. Neither spoilt our stay but next time would ask for a room further from the pool.

Compact room for games in the ‘ games room', excellant service. Brilliant and pleasant location close to the beach, and 10 min walking distance to North Bay. And really close to Scarborough and peasholm Park which is lovely to walk around and the restaurant.

Got the same double room booked online, appreciated that. We were in a marvellous location at a moderate distance from Peasholm Lake.

The Park Manor Hotel is impeccably clean and pleasant. the airy twin room has a great view and a shower, for instance. - There is plenty of excellent food available for meals. - the hotel has a great position close to the beach.

Good on site parking. Food (only had breakfast) was good and staff readily available to look after all our needs. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff in general very friendly. Didn't use the pool etc as didn't have the time.

Peaceful location, clean areas, very helpful staff. Rooms well equipped with toiletries.lovely conservatory , and small leisure pool. Ideal for those who are able to walk as it I'd not in the middle of town. Right next to park where there is nearly always something on.

We were next to dividing door of corridor -it could be noisy at busy times.

Spacious king suite with a nice walk-in shower, super chill vibe. Loved having a little spot to get dressed and the fact that it was soundproof made things even better! 🚿

Had a great time relaxing in a spacious superior king suite with a lovely shower, could have easily spent the whole day there.

staff were helpful, nothing was any trouble,particularly as my mother is wheelchair bound. breakfast was excellent, plenty to choose from and service very good.

found the rooms were a little small and bedroom furniture dated for the price paid but comfortable.

Room was not clean (finger prints on bedside tables) Cushion cover, quilt was not clean (hairs on cushion) tv was tiny and should be mentioned in hotel description. Corridor to room was dark and poorly lit carpet in bathrooms- unhygenic

The location is great, just a short walk away from Scarborough cricket club and a 15-minute walk to the bus station.

We had a very nice weekend, everyone was very friendly and could not do enough for you if asked, food very good and spa and pool was good, will go again.

1. The lift is very helpful. 2. The single room was compact but fine. 3. Breakfast was excellent (and with a daily newspaper delivered). 4. The lounge/bar was useful. 5. The staff were very friendly and efficient. 6. It feels very much like a proper hotel and not a boarding house.
